BLOUGH CITY CLERK, SOUTH BND, INC, ORDINANCE NO. �O AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE GENERAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,500.00 TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND, WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appro- priated in the annual budget for the various functions of City government to meet such extraordinary conditions; therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That for additional expenses incidental to the Police Department there is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to Account P -265 9BOther Contractual Services" the sum of $400.00, and, SECTION II. That for additional expenses incidental to the Sanitation Department, there is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to Account XX -12 "Services Personal" the sum of $4,000.00 and, SECTION III. That for additional expenses incidental to the Office of Controller, there is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to Account B -51 "Insurance" the sum of $6,100.00.
