BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />ORDINANCE NO.� <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br />IN THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $62,717.55. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing budget, so that it now is <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated to <br />meet such extraordinary energencies. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That for the expenses of the city government <br />and its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1466, <br />the following sum of money is hereby appropriated and set <br />apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein <br />specified, subject to the laws governing the same, and such <br />sum herein appropriated shall be held to include all <br />expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless <br />otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for said fiscal year there is hereby <br />appropriated the sum of $62,717.55 in the Sewage Disposal <br />Fund to meet such extraordinary emergencies for the purpose <br />of sewer construction and engineering services. <br />SECTION III.
