The property sought to be rezoned is located at approximately <br />3911 -17 S. Michigan Street <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />,1-.2. The property is owned by <br />Estelle C. Cover <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />Three Hundred (300) feet in width, North and South, off of the <br />entire South side of the Chippewa Knoll realty owned by Seller <br />in South Bend, Indiana, which Chippewa Knoll realty is the real <br />estate owned by Seller and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Chippewa Avenue <br />and the Westerly line of South Michigan Street; thence Southerly on <br />the Westerly line of said South Michigan Street a distance of 735 <br />feet, more or less, to the North line of Lot No. 69 in Chippewa Heights <br />Third Addition in South Bend, Indiana; thence West along the North <br />Line of Lot No. 69 and Lot No. 108 in said Chippewa Heights Third <br />Addition to the Easterly line of South Main Street; thence North along <br />the Easterly line of South Main Street to the South line of Chippewa <br />Avenue; thence East along the South line of Chippewa Avenue to the <br />point of beginning. <br />
