Section II. An additional sum of $442,198 is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from <br />and within College Football Hall of Fame Fund (#377) for purposes of paying remaining expenses <br />of the Hall of Fame through calendar year 2001 for use by the NFF in its assumption of the <br />management of the Hall of Fame. Of this total appropriation, the sum of $222,697 shall be disbursed <br />promptly to the NFF constituting net revenue from Hall of Fame operations through May 31, 2001. <br />Section III.
