REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 11, 2014 20 <br />APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the minutes of the <br />Agenda Session held on January 23, 2014, the Regular Meeting held on January 29, 2014 and the <br />Claims Meeting of the Board held on February 4, 2014, were approved. <br />OPENING OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS — GUARANTEED ENERGY SAVINGS <br />PERFORMANCE CONTRACT - CENTURY CENTER CENTURY CENTER OPERATIONS <br />Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for <br />the above referenced project. At this time, she noted, she will just read the names of the bidders into <br />the record. She requested the committee prepare a checklist of compliance for Legal's review <br />before making an award recommendation, in addition to their scoring matrix. Upon a motion <br />made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Henthorn and carried, the above Quotations were referred <br />to the review team for review and recommendation. <br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 — WTTP DIGESTER NO. 2 UPGRADE AND <br />DIGESTER GAS CLEANING — PROJECT NO. 111 -029 (WASTEWATER OPERATING & <br />MAINTENANCE; 2011 SEWER BOND <br />Mr. Gilot advised that Jacob Klosinski, Division of Environmental Services, has submitted <br />Change Order No. 2 on behalf of Grand River Construction, Inc., PO Box 323, Hudsonville, <br />Michigan 49426 indicating the Contract amount be increased by 56,027.00 for a new Contract <br />sum, including this Change Order, in the amount of $5,718,547.00. Upon a motion made by Ms. <br />Roos, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the Change Order was approved. <br />APPROVE PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT — EAST RACE FLOATING DOCK <br />REPLACEMENT — PROJECT NO. 113 -019 (SEWER REHAB) <br />Mr. Gilot advised that Toy Villa, Engineering Department, has submitted the Project Completion <br />Affidavit on behalf of GUS Commercial Divers, Inc., 12839 Industrial Park Drive, P.
