Pubic ~Va~k and P~ap~~ty Vaoaf~n ar~n~i~e~ <br />~0~' Sort Bend common Co~~cil <br />The August 2~, 00~ meeting of the Public UIlark and Property Vacation Committee of <br />the South Bend ar~n~on Council eras called to order by its Chairperson, Council <br />Member David Varner at ~~~~ p.rn, in the Council's Informal Meeting Roam. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Kelly, Varner, Pfeifer, I~irsits, ~7ieter, <br />Kuspa, Rouse, and Pu~~ello;, Mayor Stephen l~uecke, Public 1l11arks ~irectar Cary pilot, <br />Bernie Feeney, Mrs. l~apola, City Clerk John Vaarde, Barge Herendeer~, Mark <br />~obsan, Robert Mathis, Jamie ~aa of the Sou~~ ~en~ ~"ri~r~e and Kathleen Cekanki~ <br />Farrand, Council Attorney. <br />~r~ Varner Hated that the Committee members include Council Members Pfeifer, dieter, <br />Kelly and himself; along ~vith J. Edv~ard Talley a the Citizen Member, <br />fir. The parking Iot has access from ~1~t Street. Member Pfeifer made a motion, seconded by Council Member dieter that <br />Substitute Bill No. ~-~~ be reon~n~ended fvorablyto Council, The motion passed. <br />fir. Varner then called far a presentation on Bill No. 49-D7 requesting a vacation of a <br />porkion of Brick Road right-of-gray in Berman Tor~nship. <br />
