Proposal <br />Page 4 <br />Additional Services not specifically identified in the SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall only be <br />performed with authorization from the Owner. The fee for these services shall be computed on <br />an hourly rate as follows: <br />Principal <br />$150 /Hour <br />Project Architect <br />$105 /Hour <br />Engineering Consultant <br />$105 /Hour <br />CADD Technician <br />$ 75 /Hour <br />Administrative Support <br />$ 55 /Hour <br />REIMBURSABLE <br />1. Shall be in addition to the Fee paid to the Architect. <br />2. Shall include expenses incurred by the Architect and our consultants in the interest of the <br />Project including printed copies, plotted reproductions and postage, and shall be invoiced at <br />the rate of 1.10 multiplied times the direct expense incurred. <br />EXPENSES = Not -to- Exceed Sum of nine hundred dollars ($900). <br />We trust that these general terms meet your approval. If this Proposal is acceptable to you, <br />please sign and date the two copies and return one copy to our office. Once we have your <br />approval, we will complete an American Institute of Architects (AIA) Form of Agreement <br />Between Owner and Architect (AIA Doc. B104- 2007).
