CERTIFICATION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CONCERNING INSURANCE AND TAX LIABILITY <br />CENTURY CENTER PROJECT <br />The SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, owner of the Century Center <br />Project and appurtenant facilities (hereinafter, the Project) hereby certifies that it carries or has <br />caused to be carried insurance on the Project including, builders risk, bodily injury and property <br />damage insurance, and all other insurance of such type and in such amount and under such <br />conditions as may be required pursuant to the Trust Agreement concerning the Project and that <br />the same is in full force and effect. <br />The SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY further hereby certifies that it is <br />in compliance with all covenants concerning the payment and discharge of all lawful taxes, <br />charges and assessments levied or assessed upon or against the Project or any part thereof, and <br />such related covenants contained in the Trust Agreements concerning the Project. <br />Adopted and certified at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority, held February 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at 14005 County-City Building, South Bend, <br />Indiana 46601. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />Carolyn Pfotenhauer, Vice - President <br />ATTEST: <br />Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />
