RESOLUTION NO. 188 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />AppROVING A SCHEDULE OF <br />REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2014 <br />WHEREAS pursuant to Ind. Code § 36 -7 -14.5 (the "Act"), the South Bend <br />"Authority) is a separate body corporate and politic and is an <br />Redevelopment Authority <br />exercise all powers gr anted to the <br />instrumentality of the City of South Bend authorized to <br />Authority pursuant to the Act; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to its inherent authority as such body corporate and politic, the <br />dates of regular meetings of the Authority shall be promulgated and approvedbythe Authority <br />at its annual organizational meeting, and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority desires to approve and adopt a schedule of regular meeting <br />dates and times for calendar year 2014 as more specifically described at Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority as follows: <br />_ The Authority approves and adopts as its regular meeting schedule for <br />l dates and times more specifically described at <br />calendar year Authority <br />the meeting <br />Exhibit attached hereto. <br />2.
