BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BE..IND, if n, <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING <br />THE EXPENSES OF ALL BUDGET OPERATED DEPARTMENTS OF THE CIVIL <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JANUARY 1, 1967, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1967, INCLUDING <br />DEPARTMENTS, FUNDS, AND COMMISSIONS FOR WHICH MONEY IS <br />APPROPRIATED IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM THE GENERAL FUND AND <br />FROM FUNDS OTHER THAN THE GENERAL FUND, OF SAID CITY TO -WIT: <br />PARK DEPARTMENT, FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND, POLICE PENSION FUND, <br />URBAN REDEVELOPMENT FUND, URBAN REDEVELOPMENT BOND FUND, <br />HUMAN RELATIONS AND FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION, <br />BUILDING DEMOLITION, REPAIR AND CONTINGENT FUND, PARK DISTRICT <br />FUND, GENERAL SINKING FUND, HOSPITAL FUND, ART ASSOCIATION FUND, <br />MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND AND THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />FUND: PROVIDING THAT SUCH APPROPRIATIONS SHALL INCLUDE OUTSTANDIN <br />CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS: FIXING THE SALARIES OF ALL CITY OFFICIALS <br />AND EMPLOYEES, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH: PROVIDING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE <br />EFFECT, <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that: <br />Section 1 <br />For the expenses of the City Government, its various departments, <br />funds, commisdions and institutions for the fiscal year ending December 31, <br />1967, the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set <br />apart out of the funds hereinafter named, and for the purposes hereinafter <br />specified, subject to the laws governing the same. The sums herein <br />appropriated shall be deemed to include all expenditures authorized to be <br />made in said year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated or provided by law. <br />Section 2 <br />The annual salaries for the officials and employees of the said <br />City be, and the same are hereby, fixed for the fiscal year ending <br />December 31, 1967, in accordance with the schedules set forth in <br />connection with the various appropriations hereinafter made. <br />Section 3 <br />For the fiscal year ending December 31, 1967, there is hereby <br />appropriated out of the funds of said City hereafter shown: <br />�Am <br />
