L- 321,GASOLINE, IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $250.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM <br />ACCOUNT L -213, TRAVELING EXPENSES, ALL BEING <br />IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet <br />such extraordinary contingencies; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations <br />now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the <br />purpose for which appropriated. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That there is hereby appropriated to the Gasoline <br />Account of the Engineering Department, being Account No. L -321; the <br />sum of $250.00 and said sum to be transferred to said Account from <br />the Travel Allowance Account of said Engineering Department, being <br />Account L -213, all in the General Fund. <br />SECTION II.
