BLOUG; i <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, is <br />ORDINANCE NO.�� <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />FROM THE GENERAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$2,000.00 TO ACCOUNT K -2239 "HEAT ". <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it <br />is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated <br />in the annual budget for the various functions of City <br />government to meet such extraordinary conditions; therefore: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That for additional expenses incidental to the <br />Morris Civic Auditorium, there is hereby appropriated from the <br />General Fund to Account K -223, "Heat ", the sum of $2,000.00. <br />SECTION II.
