BLOUGIH <br />C!TY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, iW -i <br />ORDINANCE NO.- <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />TO ACCOUNT F -213, "TRAVELING EXPENSES ", IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $600.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE <br />SAME FROM ACCOUNT F -11, "SERVICES PERSONAL7°, <br />ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />he adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br />ecessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />,'annual budget for the various functions of city government to <br />meet such extraordinary conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the South Bend <br />Common Council for traveling expenses to assure its ability to <br />properly perform its functions, and, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $600.00 be transferred from <br />Account F -11, "Services Personal ", and transferred and appropriated <br />to Account F -213, "Traveling Expenses ", both accounts being within <br />the General Fund. <br />SECTION II.
