That Chapter 40 of Ordinance No. 4605 -63 <br />adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />on the 14th day of October, 1963, and commonly known as the <br />Municipte Code, be and the same is hereby amended as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />That the zoning of the following described real estate <br />situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and described as <br />follows, to -wit: <br />A Lot or parcel of land in the Southwest Quarter (4) of <br />the Southwest Quarter (4) of Section 33, Township 38 North, <br />Range 2 East described as beginning on the South line of <br />Section 33 at a point 1105 feet East of the Southwest <br />corner of said Section 33; thence North on a line parallel <br />with the West line of said Section 33 a distance of 425.31 <br />feet; thence East 198.45 feet; thence South on a line para- <br />llel with the West line of said Section 33, a distance of <br />425.31 feet, more or less to the South line of said <br />Section; thence West 193.45 feet to the place of beginning, <br />in St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />and more particularly located for these purposes as 22785 <br />Edison Road ( be changed from unzoned real <br />estate to B Residential and A Height and Area district. <br />SECTION II.
