BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />ORDINANCE NO. i.atis_ay <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />TO THE GAS ACCOUNT OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />BEING ACCOUNT NO. Q -222 IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$3,000.00, SAID SUM BEING TRANSFERRED FROM <br />THE COAL ACCOUNT OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, <br />SAID ACCOUNT BEING Q -311. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary <br />to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual <br />budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such <br />extraordinary contingencies; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations <br />now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the <br />purpose for which appropriated. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That there is hereby appropriated to the Gas account <br />of the Fire Department, being account Q -222, the sum of $3,000.00 <br />and said sum to be transferred to said account from the Coal <br />account of said Fire Department, being account Q -311 all in the <br />general fund. <br />SECTION II.
