BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4863 -66 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO THE <br />BUILDING, DEMOLITION, REPAIR AND CONTINGENT FUND <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,000.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME <br />FROM THE GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary <br />to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget <br />for the various functions of city government to meet such extraordinary <br />conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS,Additional funds are needed by the Building Department for <br />demolition of buildings and structures, therefore: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section I. That the sum of $8,000.00 be transferred from the General <br />Fund to the Building, Demolition, Repair and Contingent Fund, and <br />said sum is hereby appropriated to meet such extraordinary conditions. <br />Section II.
