BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4962_66 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO <br />ACCOUNT 363, "OTHER OFFICE SUPPLIES," IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $150 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME <br />FROM ACCOUNT 213 "TRAVELING EXPENSES," ALL <br />BEING IN THE FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES <br />COMMISSION FUND. <br />WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary <br />to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget <br />for the various functions of city government to meet such extraordinary <br />conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, Additional funds are needed by the South Bend Human Relations <br />And Fair Employment Practices Commission to purchase additional office <br />supplies to assure its ability to properly perform its function; and, <br />WHEREAS, A surplus exists in another account where it is not presently <br />needed, therefore: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I. That the sum of $150 be transferred from Account 213, <br />designated as "Traveling Expense ", and transferred and appropriated <br />to Account 363, designated as "Other Office Supplies," both accounts <br />being within the Fair Employment Practices Commission Fund, <br />Section II.
