BLCUGi <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, INN), <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4860 -66 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND <br />CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE NOW MMED <br />BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the following described real estate situate in <br />the County of St. Joseph, City of South Bend, Indiana and owned <br />by said City, to -wit: <br />Lots 329 and 330 as shown on the original plat of <br />South Bend being 130' wide fronting on St. Joseph <br />Street by 165' deep on East Wayne Street and <br />containing k acre of ground more or less all as <br />more specifically described in Warranty Deed record <br />123, page 10C in the office of the Recorder of <br />St. Joseph County, Indiana and alsoLot No. 67 <br />of the original Plat of the Town of Lowell now a <br />part of the City of South Bend, Indiana and as <br />more particularly described in [warranty Deed <br />Record 36, Page 34C in the office of the Recorder <br />of St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />shall be sold pursuant to the authority of the Acts of the <br />Indiana General Assembly for 1905, Chapter 129, Section 53, <br />page 219, the 50th Clause and pursuant to such authority the <br />City is authorized to petition the Judge of the Circuit Court <br />of St. Joseph County to appoint three disinterested freeholders <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana to appraise said real estate <br />and said real estate shall not be sold for less than such <br />appraised value. <br />SECTION II. The Mayor of the City of South Bend is hereby <br />authorized in the name of the City of South Bend to execute any <br />and all necessary instruments to accomplish the conveyance of <br />said real estate and the City Clerk is authorized to attest any <br />such instruments and affix the seal of the City thereto. <br />SECTION III.
