Each of the changes has been bolded and underlined with the <br />changes appear on <br />pages 2 through 4 on the attachment. <br />David Varner As noted in our November 19, 2013 cover letter and in the proposed ordinance, those <br />Fifth District communities which have gone to electronic reporting requirements have experienced <br />Oliver J. Davis more rapid results in recovering stolen property. For example, the Fort Wayne Police <br />Sixth District Department has used LeadsOnline since 2007. It has resulted in thousands of dollars in <br />stolen property being recovered; and led to "shutting down a prolific burglary ring" as <br />Derek D. Dieter reported in FWPD :nedia releases. <br />At Large <br />Police Chief Ron Teachman of the South Bend Police Department will present th 11 t <br />e Bi a <br />Gavin Ferlic next Monday's Health and Public Safety Committee, along with other officers he will a <br />At Large designating, and also at the 7:00 p.m. Council meeting. We ask for your support of this <br />public safety initiative so that the Police Department has improved enforcement <br />Karen L.
