Section II. Chapter 17, Article 4, Section 17-46.1 of the South Bend Municipal Code shall be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: Sec. 17-46.1 Suburban rates. Section III. Chapter 17, Article 4, Section 17-46.3 of the South Bend Municipal Code shall be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: Sec. 17-46.3. Bulk sales charges. Sales tanker trucks or other bulk users shall be metered or estimated where metering is not feasible and the rates and charges - shall apply except there shall be a minimum charge of twenty-four dollars ($24.00) per month. Section IV. All Ordinances in conflict with the provision of this Ordinance are repealed upon this Ordinance becoming effective as set forth in Section V herein. Section V.
