Chapter 17, Article 4, Section 17-46.1 of the South Bend Municipal Code <br />shall be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 17-46.1 Suburban rates. <br />Customers with water service outside the~rty City limits shall incur an additional <br />surcharge of twenty (~6~-percent (20%) of the rates and charges - - <br />The surchargLis to recover additional costs including. capital expenditures incurred by the Water <br />Works to furnish services to customers outside the City limits. <br />Section III. Chapter 17, Article 4, Section 17-46.3 of the South Bend Municipal Code <br />shall be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 17-46.3. Bulk sales charges. <br />Sales tanker trucks or other bulk users shall be metered or estimated where metering is <br />not feasible and the rates and charges - shall apply except there shall be a <br />minimum charge of twenty-four dollars ($24.00) per month. <br />Section IV. All Ordinances in conflict with the provision of this Ordinance are repealed <br />upon this Ordinance becoming effective as set forth in Section V herein. <br />Section V.
