HUGHES, D /B /A <br />HUGHES AND CLARK, DECORATORS FOR <br />THE PAINTING OF THE 250,000 GALLON <br />ELEVATED STEEL WATER STORAGE TANK <br />ON SOUTH FELLOW STREET, SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA AND IN THE SUM OF $4,280.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between <br />the South Bend City Water Works and Eugene E. Hughes, <br />d /b /a Hughes and Clark, on the 9th day of May, 1967 <br />for the painting of the 250,000 gallon elevated steel <br />water storage tank on South Fellow Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana in the sum of $4,280.00 is hereby approved <br />and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
