BLOUGH ORDINANCE NO. 4922 -67 CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND, AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO ACCOUNT K -72, "EQUIPMENT," IN THE AMOUNT OF $500.00 AND THE TRANSFER IN THE SAME AMOUNT FROM ACCOUNT K -26, "OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES ", IN THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM BUDGET ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and, WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by Morris Civic Auditorium to acquire additional sound amplification equipment to assure the department's ability to properly perform its functions. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I That the sum of $500.00 be transferred from Account K -26, "Other Contractual Services," and transferred and appropriated to Account K -72, "Equipment," both accounts being within the General Fund.
