BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IN <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4921 -67 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />TO ACCOUNT XX25t;, "REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT" IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $5,000.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF <br />THE SAME FROM ACCOUNT XX7Z1r, "MOTOR EQUIP- <br />MENT" IN THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT ALL <br />BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in <br />the annual budget for the various functions of City government <br />to meet such extraordinary conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the South Bend <br />Sanitation Department to make certain repairs of equipment to <br />assure the department's ability to properly perform its <br />functions. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $5,000.00 be transferred from <br />Account XX72t, "Motor Equipment" and transferred and appropri- <br />ated to Account XX25 /, "Repairs of Equipment" both accounts <br />being within the General Fund. <br />SECTION II.
