(f) Local Standards. <br />(1) The Director is authorized to establish ILocal Limits pursuant to 40 <br />CFR 403.5(c). <br />(2) The following pollutant limits are established to protect against Pass <br />Through and Interference. Sample results <br />reported as being less than a specific reporting limit may be considered to <br />be less than background concentrations. Background concentrations, or <br />domestic sewage concentrations used to develop MAILs are incoroorated <br />by reference. <br />SECTION II.
