(c) Administrative Fec�Fines <br />(d) Director Reconsideration and User Administrative Appeals <br />(1) Actions Subject to Director Reconsideration and/or Board of Works <br />Appeal. Any User aggrieved by a final action delegated to the Director <br />under: <br />(a) SubSsection 17- 10(a)(2) requiring a User to restrict the <br />volume or point of discharge; <br />(b) Subgsection 17- 10(a)(3) requiring a User to install a storage <br />or flow - control facility; <br />(c) Subgsection 17- 10(a)(2) denying a permit transfer; or <br />(d) Subgsection 17- 10(n)(4) revoking a permit. <br />(e) This Section 17 -11, subsection (a), issuing any authorized <br />Administrative Enforcement Remedy. <br />(fl Subsection 17 -10(i) Wastewater Discharge Permit Issuance <br />(g) Section 17 -13 Supplemental Enforcement Action <br />may request reconsideration by the Director within fifteen (15) <br />days of such Director action, and the Director shall have thirty (30) <br />days from receipt of request to make a decision related to <br />reconsideration. If the Director fails to act within thirty (30) days <br />from receipt of the request, or if the Director's reconsideration <br />decision is unsatisfactory to the User requesting reconsideration, <br />the User may appeal such decision to the Board of Public Works <br />upon submission of a written petition for review filed with the <br />Board of Public Works within seven (7) days after notification of <br />the Director's decision, or if the Director fails to act, then the <br />written petition for review shall be filed with the Board of Public <br />Works thirty-five (35) days the date of request for Director <br />7 <br />
