BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND.. <br />C�7:L7tivk 111111 a7} • <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />TO ACCOUNT L -72, "EQUIPMENT ", IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $2500.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM <br />ACCOUNT L -11, "SERVICES PERSONAL" IN THE <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, ALL BEING IN THE <br />GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in <br />the annual budget for the various functions of City govern- <br />ment to meet such extraordinary conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Engineering Depart- <br />ment to assure the department's ability to properly perform <br />its functions. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $2500.00 be transferred from <br />Account L -11, "Services Personal" and transferred and appropri- <br />ated to Account L -72, "EQUIPMENT ", both accounts being within <br />the General Fund. <br />SECTION II.
