ORDINANCE NO. 4930 -67 <br />FILED IN CLERK'S OFFICE <br />JUN 12 1967, <br />KATHRYN L. BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND, <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $15,000 <br />FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE BUILDING, DEMOLITION, <br />REPAIR AND CONTINGENT ACCOUNT. <br />WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary <br />to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual <br />budget for the various functions of city government to meet such <br />extraordinary conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, Additional funds are needed by the Building Department for <br />demolition of buildings and structures, therefore: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section I. That the sum of $15,000 be appropriated from the General <br />Fund to the Building, Demolition, Repair and Contingent Account to <br />meet such extraordinary conditions. <br />Section II.
