statements of fact, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con- viction thereof shall be fined not less than Fifty Dollars ($SO.00) nor more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for each offense, and /or undergo imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both. Each violation shall be deemed a separate offense, and each act in violation of this ordi- nance shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. XX SEPARABILITY If any provision, section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance shall for any reason be adjudged or declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, such judgment or decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
