of promotion, if any and of the net proceeds expected for <br />the charitable purpose. <br />Delete- - - - - -- (III) If a professional Promoter or any Professional Solicitor are <br />to be employed a copy of the contract of each. <br />(IV) A certified copy of the resolution or other action authoriz- <br />ing the solicitation. <br />(V) A report of all the receipts of the person during his pre- <br />ceding fiscal year or all of its receipts from solicita- <br />tions during the most recent year in which a charitable <br />solicitation was conducted by or on behalf of such charitable <br />person. Such report shall show the gross amount raised by <br />solicitation, during the period covered, what portion thereof, <br />if any, is attributable to promotional activities, the cost <br />of promotion, the cost of solicitation and the amounts, if <br />any, paid to each Professional Promoter and Professional <br />Solicitor. The report shall also show what portion of the <br />proceeds, if any, was allocated for local use and what portion, <br />if any, was allocated to a national organization. <br />The proportions allocated respectively to local use or to a nat- <br />ional organization shall each be broken down in the report under the follow- <br />ing categories insofar as they are applicable or among such other categories <br />as may be approved by the Commission: <br />1. Agency administration. <br />2. Information and public education activities. <br />3. Social services. <br />4. Hospital care. <br />5. Educational institutions. <br />6. Research, <br />7. Other civic or philanthropic purposes. <br />8. Capital improvements. <br />The Commission may, in its discretion, waive the filing of such <br />statements as are duplicated substantially by reports already on file pur- <br />suant to this section or to any other section of this Ordinance. <br />13 <br />
