That the Water Works of The City of <br />South Bend, Indiana is hereby authorized to enter <br />into separate contracts for the purchase during the <br />calendar year 1967, from the Certain -Teed Products <br />Corporation of the following asbestos cement water <br />pipe, as the purchase of the same is required in the <br />operation of the said Water Works in a total quantity <br />and at a total cost of not to exceed the quantity and <br />cost itemized for each classification of water pipe: <br />1,000' <br />16" <br />$ 5,850.00 <br />4,000' <br />12" <br />12,880.00 <br />5,000' <br />10" <br />12,000.00 <br />8,000' <br />8j' <br />12,320.00 <br />10,000' <br />6" <br />11,700.0.0 <br />2,000' <br />4" <br />1,600.00 <br />$56,350.00 <br />together with 20 tons of cast iron fittings in the <br />amount of $7,520.00 for the total amount of $63,870.00 <br />and the execution of said contracts pursuant to the <br />terms of this Ordinance is hereby approved. <br />SECTION II. <br />and effect <br />the Mayor. <br />5 -22 -67 <br />5 -22 -67 <br />5 -22 -67 <br />5 -22 -67 <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force <br />from and after its adoption and approval by <br />Member'of the Common Council <br />
