This developer intends to <br />develop 141 single family residential units on a 54.7 acre parcel. Also attached is a copy of the petition, <br />Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. <br />The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner proposes to <br />develop the 141 residential units at an estimated cost of $27,800,000. The project meets the <br />qualifications for a five -year (5) real property tax abatement.
