ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4.0, SECTION 40 -14 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TOTE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, 1962, ALSO KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NUMBER 3702, <br />ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, ON THE 14th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1963, <br />AND KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE IN THE CITY OF <br />SOUTT-T BEND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1.
