BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7 1�,6 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER IN A <br />CONTRACT BETWEEN THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND AND B & G CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, <br />INCORPORATED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF FLUORI- <br />DATION FACILITIES AT PINHOOK PARK PUMPING <br />STATION IN THE SUM OF $11,385.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That a Change Order in the sum of $11,385.00 be <br />made for the installation of fluoridation facilities at Pinhook <br />Pari< Pumping Station in the Contract entered into between the <br />Water Works of the City of South Bend and B & G Construction Com- <br />pany, Incorporated, which Contract was entered into on the 12th <br />day of July, 1965 in the total sum of $545,604.00 for the instal- <br />lation of filtration equipment at the Pinhook Park Pumping Pumping <br />Station. <br />SECTION II.
