That the Contract entered into between the <br />Water Works of the City of South Bend and Hersey - Sparling Meter <br />Company on the 12th day of September, 1966 for the furnishing of <br />a 12 -inch Turbine Type Water Meter in the total sum of $3,057.95 <br />is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
