BL01IG; <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH B ?JD, iwn <br />ORDINANCE NO. , <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />TO ACCOUNT V -44, 9°MATERIALS ", IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $13,600.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME <br />FROM ACCOUNT V -11, "SERVICES PERSONAL ", ALL <br />BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is <br />now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated <br />in the annual budget for the various functions of City govern- <br />ment to meet such extraordinary conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the South Bend <br />Electrical Department of the Fire Department to transfer the <br />present alarm station to the Central Services Building to <br />assure the department's ability to properly perform its <br />functions. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $13,600.00 be transferred <br />from Account V -11, "Services Personal`, and transferred and <br />appropriated to Account V -44, "Materials-; both accounts being <br />within the General Fund. <br />SECTION II.
