BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF <br />$29,268.36 FROM THE SOUTH BEND APW INDIANA <br />1G FUND AND $7,639.72 FROM THE SOUTH BEND <br />APW INDIANA 3G FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />WHEREAS, the purposes for which the South Bend APW Indiana <br />1G and 3G funds were established have been completed; and, <br />WHEREAS, there are balances remaining in said funds which <br />are unencumbered and uncommitted; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the following sums of money be and are <br />hereby ordered transferred to the General Fund of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />1. $29,268.36 from the South Bend APW Indiana 1G Fund. <br />2. $7,639.72 from the South Bend APW Indiana 3G Fund. <br />SECTION II.
