SLOUGH <br />ORDINANCE N0. 4950_67 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3702 <br />ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND ON THE 14th DAY OF JUNE, 1949, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CIVIL CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3701 adopted by this Common <br />Council upon the 14th day of June, 1949, more commonly known as the <br />zoning ordinance, be amended by rezoning of a certain parcel of land <br />located in the City of South Bend, St.Joseph County, State of Indiana, <br />known and described as follows, towit: <br />A part of the North Half (z) of the South East Quarter <br />(4) of Section 8, Township No. 37 North, Range No. 3 East, <br />which part is bounded by a line running as follows, towit: <br />Beginning at a point 1354.4 feet West and 62.5 feet <br />South of the North East corner of the South East Quarter <br />(4) of Section No. 8; thence South 275 feet; thence West <br />parallel with the North line of said Quarter Section 188.32 <br />feet; thence North 93 feet; thence East 10 feet; thence <br />North 182 feet to the South line of Jefferson Blvd., in the <br />City of South Bend, and thence East along the South line of <br />Jefferson Blvd., 177.07 feet to the place of beginning, also <br />A lot or parcel of land in the North half of the South <br />East quarter of Section No. 8, Township No. 37 North, Range <br />No. 3 East, which part is bounded by a line running as <br />follows, viz: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Thirty <br />Second Street in the City of South Bend, with the North line <br />of the right -of -way of the Grand Trunk and western Railroad <br />Company, thence running East along the North line of said <br />right -of -way a distance of 120 feet for a place of beginning; <br />thence continuing East along the North line of said right -of- <br />way of the Grand Trunk and Western Railroad Company a distance <br />of 188.32 feet; thence north to the Southeast corner of the <br />first above described tract a distance of 190 feet; thence <br />West along the Southerly line of the above described tract <br />188.32 feet; thence north 27.9 feet; thence west 120 feet <br />to the easterly line of 32nd Street; thence South along the <br />easterly line of 32nd Street 132 feet; thence east 120 feet; <br />thence South parallel with the easterly line of 32nd Street <br />82.23 feet to the place of beginning. <br />
