The property sought to be rezoned is located at South Bend, Indiana, <br />located on the East side of Michigan Street and being the block <br />area bounded by Donmoyer Avenue, on the North, St. Joseph Street <br />on the East, Farneman Avenue on the South and Michigan Street <br />on the West. <br />jr ✓2. The property is owned by Rosbro Realty Corporation <br />3• A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />A tract of land described as a part of Lots "A" and "B" as shown on the <br />recorded Plat of Whitcomb and Keller's Beverly Heights 2nd Addition to <br />the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, recorded in Plat <br />Book 12, Page 182 in the Recorder's Office of said County.
