Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same herder is <br />amended so that the zoning classification of the following describ <br />real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />towit: <br />A tract of land described as a part of Lots "A" and <br />"B" as shown on the recorded Plat of Whitcomb and <br />Keller's Beverly Heights 2nd Addition to the City of <br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, recorded in <br />Plat Book 12, Page 182 in the Recorder's Office of said <br />County.
