ORDINANCE NO. 4946 -67 Cherry and Napiei AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40, SECTION 40 -14 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1963, ALSO KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NO. 3702 AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1. That Chapter 40, Section 40 -14 of the Munici- pal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 14th day of October, 1963, and more commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amended by the reclassification and rezoning of a certain parcel of land in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: All of Lots numbered 37, 38, 39, 40 and 42 as shown on the recorded Plat of John F. Kirby's Sub- division of a part of Bank Out Lot numbered 83 of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City, of South Bend, Indiana, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, and all of now vacated Cherry Street which lies directly west of said Lots, and the now vacated part of an alley which lies between said Lots 40 and 42, from "A" Residence District and "A" Height and Area District to "E" Heavy Industrial District and "F" Height and Area District. Section 2.
