AmnnNT <br />09 ce 8400 A D THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM ACCOUNT 52 <br />"RENTS ", 4J31r BEING WITHIN THE HUMAN RELATIONS AND FAIR <br />EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND., AS AMENDED <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to <br />appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for <br />the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary <br />conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Human Relations and <br />Fair Employment Practices Commission to render final payment for telephone <br />service and for subscriptions to assure the department's ability to <br />properly perform its functions; now, therefore, <br />BE IT. ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. <br />.Do <br />That the sum of �/ be transferred from Account 52, "Rents ", <br />and transferred and appropriated to the following accounts: <br />a.
