BLOUGH ORDINANCE NO. 4917 -67 <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, INC. <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />TO ACCOUNT Q -43, "REPAIR PARTS," IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $1,400.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE <br />SAME FROM ACCOUNT Q -11, "SERVICES PERSONAL," <br />IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, ALL BEING IN THE <br />GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in <br />the annual budget for the various functions of City government <br />to meet such extraordinary conditions, and, <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the South Bend Fire <br />Department to assure the department's ability to properly perform <br />its functions. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $1,400.00 be transferred from Account <br />Q -11, "Services Personal," and transferred and appropriated to Account <br />Q -43, "Repair Parts," both accounts being within the General Fund. <br />SECTION II.
