BLOUGH <br />CRY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />ORDINANCE NO.-- ,,,,-67 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 40 -27 AND <br />40 -28 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 19629 AS AMENDED, <br />ALSO KNOWN AS SECTIONS 10 and 11 OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3702, THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS <br />AMENDED <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1• <br />That Section 40 =27 -(g) and 40- 28 -(g) of the Municipal Code <br />of the City of South <br />known as Sections 10 <br />on Lots Recorded Aft <br />No. 3702, the Zoning <br />Indiana, as amended, <br />and read as follows: <br />Bend, Indiana, 1962, as amended, also <br />and 11, Attached Garages and Carports <br />�r the Adoption of Ordinance, of Ordinance <br />Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br />is hereby amended so that same shall be <br />(g) ATTACHED GARAGES AND CAR PORTS ON LOTS RECORDED <br />AFTER APRIL 11, 1955. If, at the time of original construction <br />of a principal dwelling a garage or carport is attached, the <br />side yard requirements of this ordinance shall be met.
