ORDINANCE NO. 4986 -68 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $3,766.79 FROM THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND AND APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL FUND THE SUM OF $3,766.79 TO ACCOUNT XX -263 "OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES" IN THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT BUDGET. WHEREAS, the purposes for which the Industrial De- velopment Fund were established have been completed and, WHEREAS, there is a balance remaining in said fund which is unencumbered and uncommitted and, WHEREAS,_ certain extraordinary conditions have de- veloped since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet extraordinary conditions; and, WHEREAS, additional funds are needed in Account XX -263, "Other Contractual Services" in the Sanitation Department to pay the rental fee for a tree burning site and for seeding at the present landfill site, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the following sum of money be and is hereby ordered transferred to the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana; 1. $3,766.79 from the Industrial Development Fund SECTION II. Be if further ordained that the sum of $3,766.79 be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to Account XX -263 "Other Contractual Services" in the Sanitation Department budget. SECTION III.
