BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4983 -68 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />TO ACCOUNT fe-726, "OFFICE EQUIPMENT ", IN THE <br />$456 AMOUNT OF AND THE TRANSFER OF SAID SUM <br />FROM ACCOUNT G-52, "RENTS ", IN THE OFFICE OF, <br />CITY ATTORNEY AND IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />annual budget for the various functions of city government to <br />meet such extraordinary conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Office of City <br />Attorney to assure its ability to properly perform its function, and <br />more specifically to provide funds for the purchase of a typewriter. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />$456.00 <br />SECTION I. That the sum of -0 56.00 be transferred from Account <br />G -52, "Rents ", and transferred and appropriated to Account G -726, <br />"Office Equipment" both accounts being within the General Fund. <br />SECTION II.
