COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />(1) Staff report on the refinancing of the Century Center bonds. <br />Mr. Relos noted that last March the Commission approved the refinancing of the 2008 Century <br />Center bonds. The refinancing was put on hold because of rising interest rates at the time. <br />Towards the end of 2014 interest rates moderated, the bonds were placed, and the city will save <br />$1,058,000 and pay them off two years earlier. The original size of the bonds was about <br />$5,000,000. <br />2 <br />
