ORDINANCE NO. 4963 -67 An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana, As Amended Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that: Section 1 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana (South Bend City Zoning Ordinance No. 3702) be, and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and changed in Section 40 -14 (Section 2 of Ordinance No. 3702) thereof to provide that the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Ironwood Drive and Ridgedale Road in the Southeast one quarter ('k) of Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 3 East; thence South,along the West line of Ironwood Drive a distance of 430 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot No. 636 in Twyckenham Hills Addition, Section "K "; thence West, parallel with the South line of Ridgedale Road a distance of 687.79 feet to the East lot line of Lot 647, Twyckenham Hills Addition, Section "K "; thence North, parallel with the West line of Ironwood Road a distance of 430 feet to the South line of Ridgedale Road, thence East along the South line of Ridgedale Road, a distance of 687.66 feet to the place of beginning, containing approximately 6.75 acres; located in the Municipal City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District regulation classification from "C -2" Planned Shopping Center District, to "B" Residence District, subject to, and in accordance with the site development plan as submitted with the petition to amend as filed by George 0.
