BLCUGH <br />CITy CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4969 -67 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO <br />ACCOUNT MVH -12, "SALARIES AND WAGES, TEMPORARY" <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000.00•.A1VD THE TRANSFER <br />OF SAME FROM ACCOUNT MVH -42, "STREET, ALLEY <br />AND SEWER MATERIALS ", ALL IN THE MOTOR VEHICLE <br />HIGHWAY FUND. <br />WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in <br />the annual budget for the various functions of city government <br />to meet such extraordinary conditions: at $ <br />WHEREAS, Additional funds are needed by the Motor Vehicle <br />Highway Department to assure the department's ability to properly <br />perform its functions. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I.
