ORDINANCE N0, ARSO -A7 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />TO ACCOUNT E -21, "COMMUNICATION AND TRANS- <br />PORTATION", IN THE AMOUNT OF $150.00 AND <br />THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM ACCOUNT <br />E -55, "SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DUES ", ALL BEING <br />IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />FILED III CLERK'S ® & <br />4 a <br />Cl K LE RYN L. BLOLi <br />SOUTH <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is <br />now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated <br />in the annual budget for the various .,#unctions of City government <br />to meet such extraordinary conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Judge's Office <br />to pay for subscriptions and dues to assure the department's <br />ability to properly perform its functions. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $150.00 be transferred from Account <br />E -21, "Communication and Transportation ", and transferred and <br />appropriated to Aceount E -55, "Subscriptions and Dues ". <br />SECTION II.
