AS AMENDED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Water Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Badger pMer Manufacturing Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on the tSCh day of January 1969, pursuant to advertising and receipt of bids, as the purchase of same is required in the operation of said Water Works in a total quantity and a total cost of not to exceed the quantity and cost itemized for each classification of water meters in the amount of $7,097.30, is hereby approved and confirmed: 100 5/8" Model A -EROM Meters $4,110.00 10 3/4" Model A -EROM Meters 575.30 30 1" Model A -EROM Meters 2,412.00 $7,097.30 SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
